Please help! Additional document question IMM 5669

Hi all

Ive just recieved a additional document to be uploaded for my PR app
Its IMM 5669 and I need to update my adress history in next 7 days

My question is for my present address.
I dunno if I should leave it blank since I still live here or put todays date or print and write with hand "present" cause I can only put numbers in the field. So I will put "from" date but not sure what to put in "to" date

Can anyone help me?

You can put today's date or you can print it and hand write present, Both will work.
