PLEASE HELP! About Offer of Employment!

Hello!

I have a question about "Offer of Employment".

I got ITA and submitted PR application. I have worked from Dec 2012. I have Closed Work Permit with approved LMO. WP will be expired Dec 2015.

I submitted my old job offer letter as a "Offer of Emplyment". Is it working to prove my 600 score?

Because someone told me that old job offer doesnt work and I should get new offer of employment letter. Please let me know!

You need a new one, the one you have is for a temporary job , please read the requirements, the letter must be for a permanent job position if your PR gets approved , have a starting date, and description of job duties, salary, benefits and so on.

Your old letter is not good for arranged employment .

Even though my old job offer letter mensions "my employer wants to hire me as a Permenant, Full-time(non-seasonal) basis"?

the employer making you the job offer must have a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment from Employment and Social Development Canada OR
you are currently working in Canada in a NOC 0, A or B job on a work permit that was issued based on a Labour Market Impact Assessment, and
you are working for an employer listed on your work permit,
you are authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued, and
your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job if you are accepted as a permanent resident.

If you have an offer letter for a job that :

1. Has a valid work permit period
2. You are still with the same employer and there was no other offer letter issued after 2012
3. Offer letter was based on a job supported by LMIA/LMO
then this offer letter is perfectly alright for submission with your EE application.
