Please help!!!!! about my Skilled Immigration Case need to withdraw

Dear all forum members

I want to withdraw my application with CIC Visa office Islamabad under new rules (transfer from Nova scotia) as i am unable to complete my documents and will apply again in August 09. i have email visa office and its almost a month no one reply me, i try to call them but only recording play for information and says Fax them if need any information, even no one receive phone to talk.


My request some applicants have received letter from Canadian HC, Islamabad requesting to conform my
continued interest in immigrating to Canada or reply within 90 days for refund of appplication fees.
Or
who withdraw his application, please tell me that what is the process to withdraw application ???????

I just know that if you want to withdraw your PR application, you need to write directly to your visa office. Send them a letter with an original signature as they do not take action on emails or calls.

Fax them or write them a letter stating that you want to withdraw your application and get a refund of your fees. Write your file number and sign it.

Hello Fin09,
I am new here but I think that to withdraw your application you'll need to write a letter to your visa office explaining that you want to withdraw. I think the poor response service is common among all CHCs.
