I got refusal in spp for september intake . To make sure about re applying i mail to my college and mention my reason for refusal which was loan and told that i want to re apply in the same intake of september in non spp by clearing the dout of visa officer but in mail they replied that unfortunately, we cannot consider you as a non-SPP applicant for September 2012 or in any semester. Being a participant of the SPP, we can only accept those who have not been previously refused and who meet the SPP requirements. We do not issue non-SPP acceptance letters.I have not refund my fees yet because on 31 july i submitted my file in non spp . So,i want to know if i get visa college will accept me or not . Right now my admission is secured in college . Please tell me this thing , i will be great thankful.

If college does not issue acceptance letter to non spp applicants then it will be difficult for u to get visa and acceptance letter as a non spp candidate...

It depends on college policy, email them for the clarification, but I think if u get visa then college should not have any problem...

Yes Momi was right .If they issue a visa and you are lucky enough to cross the immigration Then all is yours else i doubt momi is on target.

If i mail to college and say that visa officer said to me for re applying. Do you that college will think negatively .
