I have a friend who is owner of Sea Food Import and Export company in Mississauga Toronto. He has 2 kids, His wife is manager of this Company. Now he wants his wife to stay home to take care kids and the family. that is why he want to arrange to hire a manager from Europìan country who can speak Thai and English like him for around 5 years to replace the position of his wife for a while. He want to arrange employment for him to work in Canada . So, in this situation He has to apply for AEO or LMO . He get confused to read the booklet from governent How to hire a foreigners to work In Canada He can not classify that is AEO or LMO to apply.
