Dont every think about it. First of all you need to submit the notarised documents, well these documents can be notarized only when you submit originals to a advocate who does the work of notary. You cannot give the zerox copy of the documents which you have notarised.

ashish as cic says

I have to do this

Certified copies or notarized documents
To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

‘‘I certify that this is a true copy of the original document’’

the name of the original document

the date of the certification

his or her name

his or her official position or title

his or her signature

I want to see, if anyone did like this then someone can put image of it
I mean it is easy for others to follow.

Hi,

You just take the clean photocopies of your documents along with original one to the Notary who sits in court and he will notarize that. Don't worry.

Senior plz reply

Hi Saadia, you are getting proper advise from members. Notarising documents are not a difficult thing and you don't have to follow word by word what CIC says.

Take your original documents together with photocopies and visit any NOTARY PUBLIC in your town. Usually they have offices near to the courts. Give him your docs.for attesting(certifying/notarising). He will have rubber stamps with the required details or will write all the required details and put his official seal. Please also take into consideration that some one may (even me) don't like to show the personal and private document to others in a website for public view as a specimen.

Hi,
Notaries know how to certify any document. We don't need to instruct how, where and what they have to mention. If he write only one word "attested" or "Certified" then you can request him to write "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document''. He will do it. The date, place and his stamp will defenitely put on the document. That is enough for CIC.

The stamp which is by Notary and states government of Kerala should do. Along with the Notary stamp, there must be one more stamp " True Copy".

IMP: This image was not upload by me.

Saadia,

You need not to worry about it. As all other members pointed it here, just give a photocopy of your document and origianl to a notary public. He knows the procedure. He will charge a fee (as permitted by Govt. and also you have to pay for the stamps).

one more thing

it is good to send all documents to India along with original
to my brother for doing notary. because in UAE Indian embassy
is charging too much money around DH 40 per document.

Is anyone know how they charge in Delhi for attestation? I met with notary and he informed that local attestation fee is different from documents for International use, is it true?? Please respond, As I have to send documents.
