Please explain me on the following
1. In new system (IELTS evaluation) over all band score does matter or if you got required score it will be ok.
R= 6.5 L= 6.5 W=6.5 S=6.5
With the above I can get 12 score (I need 10 to achieve 67)
Am I fine or there is any restriction of overall band score.
2. I have to send an initial application to Sydney, is it true. Than what is the roll of local visa office.
