Please explain, confused with Ielts

Hi everyone,

I'm a little bit confused while calculating my points. With all the same information entered, when I put "High Intermediate" for one of the Ielts bands (just one, the rest are initial advanced) it gives me 393 points, but when I change that one to initial advanced - it gives 450.
According to the Comprehensive Ranking System, it is 22 for CLB8 and 29 for CLB9, so the difference is only 7 points. Why would it change the total for more than 50 points?
