I'm no expert, but I think you get 21 points:
L - 7 = 4 points (need a 7.5 to get 5 points and 8 or above to get 6 points)
R - 7.5 = 6 points
W - 7 = 6 points
S - 6.5 = 5 points (need 7 or above to get 6 points)
