Well I have an open work permit, but my TRV expires within the month, should I apply for new TRV extension or I can continue work only on the base of my Open Work Permit (I am not leaving Canada)...

No need to apply for new TRV since you have no plans of travelling outside Canada, you can continue working until the validity of your OWP.
