CIC didn't explained anywhere on the website that they calculate experience after degree is conferred or after PGWP , which ever comes later , But they refused so many application on this basis. People usually stat calculating expereince after the completion of studies.Any views on this?

OP25 states: -
Post-Graduation Stream
Under this stream the applicant must have:
 completed a required program of study in Canada and obtained a Canadian educational credential (e.g., degree, diploma, or certificate);
 been enrolled full-time in this program of study or training for two years (see sections 6.3 and 9.11 for more details);
 acquired, in Canada, at least 12 months of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work experience in a NOC type 0, or level A or B occupation, within the 24 months before the date the application is made. (see Section 9.11 for more details).
Both streams require applicants to demonstrate that they have met the minimum language requirements for their abilities to speak, listen, read and write. They must provide the results of their English or French language test from a designated language testing agency.
For applications received before June 26, 2010, applicants may also provide other evidence in writing of their official language proficiency. The minimum-required language levels must correspond to benchmarks in Canadian Language Benchmarks 2000 (for English) or Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens 2006 (for French). See sections 9.3–9.10 for details.
I think the issue is that until you receive the actual certificate, you don't actually have a canadian educational credential. So, this is why they are counting experience from this date on.

Section 9.11 states: -

For the Post-Graduation Stream, the applicant must have obtained 12 months of full- time equivalent Canadian skilled-work experience within the 24 months preceding the date of application [R87.1(2)(a)(i)-(ii)]. This experience must be acquired after they have completed the required program of study and obtained a Canadian educational credential. (Work performed under the Off-Campus Work Permit Program or on a co-op work term does not count).
The applicant does not have to be employed at the time of application, but they must have temporary status during the period of work experience [R87.1(3)(b)].
Any periods of self-employment or unauthorized work will not be included in calculating the period of work experience [R87.1(3)(b)]. A person who has worked in Canada without authorization has failed to comply with A30(1), and on that basis could be found inadmissible under A41.
FYI, OP25 is the CEC guide for pre 2013 applicants and is the guide followed by VO's to assess applications. I'm sure this will answer your question.

Not if it's happened after you have submitted your application.

This makes letter too complicated. I think we can mention current salary/average salary (if raise is not too high). And we can add pay stub for the last 12 months.
Senior can better explain.

Incorrect.

The letter must state the hours you worked for the qualifying period and how much you earned. If the figures don't easily tally to your T4/NOA - you have a problem.

The issue is you hadn't received a Canadian educational credential yet. Good luck but don't get your hopes up too much. Be ready to put in a new application.

Ya letter should have hours. But i dont think they need raise information. Current or average annual pay should be fine. As long as we attach pay stub. VO can see hours and pay for particular month too.
Pay stub has "year to date" column too. So he can easily verify with t4. He doesnt need to calculate.
Its not necessary that NOA and T4 have same amount.
And if NOA ShoWs more amount than T4. Then i dont think VO raise question.
Because many thing comes in NOA. Like t4, EI, Some Other income, etc..
If NOA has LESS amount then definitely VO raise question.

The way company make stubs is not proper. Every month they put consistent hours to make their work easier.. Its a small company. Should I attach my pay stubs then? Some pay stubs even don't have hours and rate/hr. The thing is I got refusal before because I didn't know that they count the work experience after graduation and I am doing same job with same company right now. But at the time when I filed my application last year my per hour wage was less than what I am getting now . It was 14/hr and Now its 18/hr ( not real figures) because I didn't got any raise in last year so my boss gave me good raise and I have to do some more duties like training new staff. So I need to know that since in my last application my wage was less If I need to mention that I got a raise or should I just wrote my current wage/hour

I'm referring to op25 because the people in question are 2012 apps who's applications WILL be processed using op25. Op25a only refers to 2013 apps. Check your facts before commenting/confusing people.
