Hello Everyone,

I'm applying for PR next month via CEC.
I had 2 jobs with description:-
Job1:-
responsible for supporting Helpdesk and Deskside calls, assisting with moving computing hardware and associated reconfiguring, installation of new and used hardware units and components, perform hardware repairs of desktops, notebooks, and printers, updating, escalating and closing of Tickets in various systems, and maintaining customer supplied of parts inventory.

Job2:-(current Job)
Desk-side support calls via phone,email,walk-in and work order; User training; System builds,repairs,upgrades; Desktop inventory management,end-of-lease change outs; network connection and troubleshooting; and may have responsibility for technical projects.

IELTS score:- L-7.5,R-5,W-6.5,S-7 Overall:- 6.5

Hi AllenK

You need to look at the designation on your "Work permit" and see where exactly the role name matches. If you have multiple work permits with multiple job names on them, then you can write a covering letter explaining the same mentioning all NOC codes you had worked here.

Technicians in this group are also employed by independent technical support companies or they may be self-employed.
