hi friends,

could you please help me with the doubts

1. do we need to send all the papers in the passport OR just the front and last papers?
i have visits to other countries and visas stamped on different pages. do you think I need to include them.

2.i have included my kid (Canadian citizen) in the imm008 form(dependent section). do i need to provide the photograph ?

3. what can I fill in the national identity document.
- can i fill the driver license details from canada
- can i fill the driver license from India
- social security number of usa
- Election card of India
please let me know.

applying from quebec, so what type of letter from employer will help me (It seems difficult to get reference letter from employer)
can i write a letter addressing my Intent to move from quebec ?

Please guide me.

Per the document checklist

Include only copies of pages showing:
- the passport number
- date of issue and expiry
- photo, name, date and place of birth
- pages showing any amendments in name, date of birth, expiration, etc..

If your child is a Canadian citizen, he/she is NOT included on the application (do not list in the dependent section). List your child only in the "Additional Family Information" form, write a brief letter of explanation ("My child was born in Canada and is already a Canadian Citizen), and include a copy of his/her birth certificate (and Canadian passport, if appicable).

3. what can I fill in the national identity document.

- Election card of India NO

None of those are national identity documents. If your country of citizenship does not have a national identity document, you can write "not applicable" or leave it blank. If you are from India, as far as I know, there is no national identity document.

Refer to the document checklist for the required details that must be provided in the Letter of Employment. Difficult or not, you have to try to get the Letter.

Do you have any proof that will make the letter convincing?

Have you considered applying for Quebec immigration?

I have no major proof to prove my move to other province. Just I need to convince that French is difficult to study for my kids and they prefer English medium.
Not interested to learn French. So not trying in Quebec immigration.
