Please clarify - difference between: Saskatchewan Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand

They are both the same thing - in regards to same requirements as far as - In Demand Occupation list, correct?

But for Occupation in Demand, I understand that one does not need to go through Express Entry - and therefore not worry about meeting any preliminary minumum 67/100 score, or any CRS score...correct?

Express Entry is through EE and usually faster. OID is paper based but you still need to meet the SINP requirements and have a good SINP score.
