I am 16 and I want to get visa for canada?
One time I am rejected for below reasons
am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I want to apply again please see if my study plan is fine or not?

From childhood I was very interested in computers, including computer games and working with the Internet. That's why I like to study computer science at the university. Studying at Iranian universities has complex and specific requirements, most notably the entrance exam (Knokoor), and the need to study in good fields (including computer science) and good universities is to compete vigorously. On the other hand, the laboratory quality and research facilities play an important role in the practical and experimental issues. After lots of searching, I decided to study abroad. After much consulting, I have come to the conclusion that Canada is, for many reasons, the most appropriate option for me. The salient ones are: the language of study in Canada is English, which is known as the language of technology, meaning it will be very helpful in up-to-date fields such as computer science. Canada's education system is highly valued, both in high school and university, and is accepted worldwide as high quality degree. On the other hand, the Canadian community is very multicultural and has a warm embrace for foreigners, even Middle Easterners. Also in Canada, modern fields of study such as computer science have a high level of education and scientific progress due to the university's close proximity to industry.

For admission to good Canadian universities such as the University of Toronto or the University of British Columbia, it is needed to have a high level of a diploma and English linguistic knowledge that cannot be easily achieved in Iranian high schools. In fact, very good things will happen at the same time as finish a high school and getting a diploma in Canada, such as improving the level of English to natives, getting familiar with Canadian culture and society and raising the level of knowledge required for top-tier universities of the world. It is also always worth noting that having a university degree from a top university and mastering in English and modern science has always had a very positive impact, both on education and on the job market (especially in Iran). People with these abilities will be given top priority and there will be plenty of opportunities available to them upon completion of their education. One of my most important reasons for studying in Canada and returning to Iran is my parents, who have worked so hard for me, to be proud of me.

Unfortunately, my parents got divorced several years ago. It was a big shock for me, but then I live with my mom and visit my dad once or twice a week. My parents are both alone, and I'm always worried about them. The last few years that I have been living with my mother and she has always encouraged me to make progress and be a better man for the society. Although I know she will be greatly missed, but I am confident that I can make her very happy with my efforts and progress and become a useful person in the next years ahead. We can't live without each other, and I'm sure I'll come back to our home with my mom again. On the other hand, my dad will always need me, and I can't leave him forever because of his age and care. My biggest goal is to grow and excel alongside my parents.

To be honest, your study plan is not that great. Need to improve.

Lots of improvement need to be redone. The last part about your parent divorce, omit that part, the visa officer doesn't give a damn about that, he want the work done and go home to his bed. Your SOP should explain why you chose Canada out of the whole world, remember Australia too has prestigious universities so is USA. Then, explain how the degree will help you in your country, in the future etc etc. Where you explained why you chose computer science, elaborate well and further.

Nope. Don't even think about. Don't compare the visa to US and weather to Australia. Just convinve the Visa Officer why you want to go to Canada, how the canada degree will benefit you in your country etc
