I got my ielts results today points are

listening 7
Reading 8.5
Writing 7.5
Speaking 6

my total score is 12 right ?


I want to know that I m qualified under 4131 category should I file my application
or I should wait till 1 of May as lots of rumors that they are going to change
list

If u ll apply at this time without wasting any moment then there would be no negative points. only +ive are there.

But at later stages (after may) there will be big loss to u if in new list u ll not find NOC 4131!

but i Heard that many time they will put you under new rule even you filed your application
under old rule is it true I dont know I read somewhere in this forum.

my noc Computer Training Instructor qualified under 4131

just a confusion in two three days if i will send my application and rule is
changed during that time then what will happened

what they do generally when any new application received asses it under
current rule or any idea

do you see any possibilities or i mean anyone have news about what to expect in future list actually my case is more stronger if they will introduce IT professional in their list, I have more better job experience as a IT professional in compare to Trainer.

I m just wondering I should file quickly to get in the list where i have 60 / 40 chance
or wait If i IT professional will get place in the list

but if they will remove 4131 and IT professional will not get place then I m completely
out

There are only positives in sending your application before the list changes. If it changes and your NOC is still there, it will not affect you and your application will be processed.

If you send your application right now and the NOC list changes and your NOC is not included, they may process your application according to the old NOC list and you will not be affected.

If you send your application after the list changes and your NOC is NOT there then they will reject your application.

So I do not see any point in waiting to see the new NOC list and then applying. Apply right away if you are really interested.

There is no plus or negative point just you have to score 67 point to get immigration.
