Fake. EDSC doesn’t have anything to do with work permits, and would not say you are eligible. Writing and format are not appropriate. EDSC approves LMIA from your Canadian employer proving no Canadian has your skills, experience and education. Then with LMIA, you apply for closed work permit through IRCC.

Fake. Don’t give money. It is a scam. EDSC doesn‘t issue work permits nor charge you for over $700.
