RE: Employment Reference Letter for xxxxxxxxxxxx – Front Desk Supervisor – NOC 6313

This letter of employment is being provided at the request of Mr. xxxxxxxx to support his permanent resident application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). He is currently a full-time permanent employee at the XXXXXX in XXXXXXXXXX. He works 40 hours a week on average and is currently paid at a rate of $XX per hour.

Mr. XXXXX started working for us on a part-time basis on XXXXXXXXXXX and continued till XXXXXXXXXX after which he took a leave of absence. He rejoined us as a full-time employee on XXXXXXX and is currently employed in the same position.

Duties and responsibilities handled by him are as follows:

  • Monitor, schedule, assign, and assess hotel clerks' and cleaning staff's work and provide reports to the manager.
  • Train staff to perform job duties, follow safety procedures, and apply hotel policies.
  • Make sure that hotel PMS systems and office equipment are running smoothly and oversee regular maintenance.
  • Organize work schedules to ensure smooth operations and avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Regularly communicate with suppliers and distributors and order supplies and materials as necessary.
  • Assign rooms to guests and answer their inquiries about hotel amenities, tell them about the community and services available and resolve their complaints.
