Now medical result is received to Islamabad but I don’t know what is the next step? and all so I have question? they wants again from me police clearance certificates.

They need you to submit a new police clearance because even if it is valid for a year in your mother country, it is only valid for 3 months for the canadian visa office.

Seems to me the best way to see about the next steps is to ask in the Islamabad thread, since these procedures are highly dependant on the visa office.

Islamabad has a very long waiting time, and nobody can tell you for sure what is going on. It's good that your medicals have been received, and your ecas is updated, but unfortunately, apart from waiting, there is nothing you can do. If they need more documents, an interview, or anything more from you, they will let you know.. until then, patience...

Nothing is going to it, just wait for them to contact you.
