Few questions please.

1. i completed my medicals on May.27th and it will take approx 10 day to upload the medicals. In the meantime should i send an email with the recepit that i have completed my medicals?

2. I sent a FBI cert along with my application. I was asked once again, and i have sent the finger prints once again to FBI. in the mean time i sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca telling them i attached a valid FBI along with my application and havent heard from for over a week now. What do i do? Is the email ID CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca the correct one

It won't hurt, esp. if you are near the deadline.

this has been happening to a lot of applicants lately (not sure why). Yes, that is the correct email address; it is not unusual for CIC to not respond to emails (not helpful, I know). Give it another week, and then email again -
