Hi, I applied PR under CEC. and I got the number which means my application is arrived.
My question is that Can I have a working holiday visa ( I am thinking French) while my PR is being processed??
I know that I can leave Canada while I am waiting. I am thinking to get a working holiday visa for Europe and go there.
My canada work permit is still available until 2015 July which means I can come back anytime before the expire date.
So is that okay to have another visa while my PR is being processed??

Yes, you can go wherever you want. If you want to go to Europe while your application
is in process, go ahead and do so.
