Hi!! My PR expires very soon and i can't renew it, since i don't meet the residency requirement. Can i join a university to do my master in canada. I'm in canada rite now. I have my bachelor's degree from my home country. Should I provide my PR to join any university in canada??

A university will require proof that you are a PR to be able to charge you regular tuition instead of international tuition. It will be up to individual universities to decide whether or not they will accept your expired card. If a university doesn't accept it, you could prob still attend but you'd have to pay international tuition, which is quite a lot more.
