The last date for me to upload the documents is 3rd Jan 2018. I have all the documents except the US FBI PCC. My application reached there on October 5 and currently they are opening the applications received on September 11. So, should I wait till the last date to upload my documents? To show the Canadian officer that I indeed waited for the documents or should I just go ahead and upload the documents and attach a letter of explanation with the proof that I sent in the application and the FBI's email response.
Will they deny my application saying that I submitted my application without waiting for the paperwork?
