I wish to seek your opinion on my application. I have previously been refused study permit to Canada. I want to reapply for Study permit from my home country with the new offer letter from University of Waterloo (Winter 2021). I inquired on the fees for MEng Electrical Engineering (Course work) it's stated approximately $15,000 per term which amounts to CAD$45,000 for 3 terms in 1 year. This is excluding living expense for 1 year. At the moment, I don't have up to the 1 year tuition + living expenses on my Bank statement as required by the Canadian embassy. I do have approximately 70-75% of the fees and a registered business in my home country.
Based on the above, is it advisable to submit an application for Visa with the available funds ?
