Has someone or you friends had experience on below issue ?

All my family members are PR holders. We received 3 years ago (November 2010). I am planning to relocate to Canada in January 2014. Will the visa officer cause problem while entering Canada ?

Thanks

Since you have not given any information about how long you have stayed in Canada at the time of landing - I would say you are 2 months short of completing your Residency obligation.

Said that, you should not have any problems at the POE ( at airport) because your PR Card (hope you have it) is still valid till November 2015. Border officer might ask you what you were doing - but just be honest and tell them you are coming to stay permanently.

There a lot of similar questions/posts on this forum - please read them for a more detailed/ expert replies but more or less they ll be the same.

I stayed 1 month starting during November 15 - December 15 2010. Yes, we (all family members) have valid PR cards.
