hi guys.

I just applied restoration + wp extension with new employer thru paper application. Prior to this, i had been refused last february bec i passed my wp extension without lmia. (I have a representative). Now that i passed my restoration and wp ext with new employer with lmia, im still anxious if the officer will approve my application. My position is supposed to be supervisor but i dont have any experience in that position tho i worked in the same industry as fca. Now, my question, should i apply for student visa or visitor visa now while also waiting for the result of my wp ext? Im just worried that if it get declined i have to leave asap. Im pregnant and will be reaching my 4 years cap on january 2017. My representative cant be trusted. Theyre just after the money.

P.S.

My representative reapply wp extention with new employer + restoration. I already got refused with the first wp ext bec i had no lmia yet that time. Is it correct? wp ext with new employer again or supposed to be just wp? Im very anxious bec my rep lied to me the first time that they already have lmiA but i found out they just started applying last dec and left.me jobless almost 6 months now.

Is it correct to reapply wp ext with new.employer again after the refusal plus restoration? Thanks
