I am 1 point short from the 67 points to be eligible for the express entry pool.
I am an Industrial Engineer with education and 10+ years of related work experience from the USA.
Unfortunately I do not hold a US green card, and left back for my country 3 months ago.
1. I am considering flying to CA on a tourist visa and look for a job. Any suggestions?
2. Are there any provinces that I could apply to, with my background, with 66 points?
