Please advise for Wes Report and legibility

Dear Guys,

I have post graduate certificate in business administration from London, UK under university of Wales Lampeter (16 Months) and i have bachelor degree in commerce (3 year course) from India under Mahatma Gandhi University.

Therefore am i eligible to apply Master or "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees." ?

Please Advise.

You get more points for choosing Master Degree.
Yes, you are eligible for Master's Degree as your highest degree.
(AS LONG AS your ECA report clearly reports the Canadian equivalency as Master's Degree, but I wouldn't expect any issue with that so you're fine).

If you had say, one bachelors and one certificate, OR one Masters and one certificate for example, that's when you choose "Two or more certificates...".

Indian 3 years bachelor degree which Canadian equivalency for bachelor 3 years.
UK post graduate certificate in business administration which Canadian equivalency is 1 year post graduate certificate.
So what which option I can choose master or two or more ?

Okay so in your case, it's going to be "Two or more...". Not "Master's Degree"
Because it's a Bachelor PLUS a certificate.
I thought your pst graduate from UK would be evaluated as Master's. But I'm not really familiar with British terminology.
