Hi,

Please advice me I am preparing my Canada Documents for first stage almost
all documents are ready and I was planning to send next week. but before this
I got temporary work visa offer from UK. I have sent documents for
first stage now embassy asked me to send evidence documents which I will send next week.

Now question is that what about Canada

1) Should I file my application for CIO too
or concentrate on UK visa option because possibility is that
if i will have good skilled job offer in uk I can apply under
immigration

2) I m just wondering if suppose my visa get reject from UK
and point increase for Canada or my occupation will not be in
list then I m out from both


Please give your opinion

This is not a simple question.
You are the best (or even the only) person to answer it.
This is a decision you have to make about your personal life and based on your future plans.
As far as I see, there is a trade off between the two options.
1. You apply for both: requires more time and money, but you have a backup alternative if one fails.
2. You focus on one: requires less time and money, but no backup alternative (though you can always apply for the other later if rules do not change).

know what is right, lots of experienced people are here who can
guide me better then my personal decision so just let c

Hi,

Buddy see the CIC is taking 60-65 days now to respond to the first stage application. If you apply now you will have 2 months to know what is CIC response and in the mean time you can keep trying for your UK and hopefully in two months you will know more about your UK chances. And secondly their is no harm for applying for Canada especially for the first stage even if you get the approaval after 60 odd days you will have a chance to re-think wether you want to apply for it or not. So i suggest just send your docs and see wut happens in next 2 month time.
