please Advice seniors - Made Mistake in IMM 0008

Hi all seniors in this forum,

I am new in this forum. I have submitted my initial application to CIC on Jan2010 on FSW 0213. While reviewing my application I noticed that I made an unintentional mistake in my application. Under question 9 of Schedule 3: Economic Class - Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 0008 - Schedule 3), although I ticked No of the question 9 as I don't have any relative living in Canada but at the relationship section I ticked on Aunt or Uncle.

I did this mistake in the first application which was sent more than 2 and half months back.Please help me what to do? How do I deal with this problem and do you think it would affect my application?

I would be grateful if seniors advice on this.

Shammi, since it is already 2 and half months since you sent the application, I think the best option is to wait as result of your application review will be out soon. It is flip of a coin. I have observed on this forum that they pay lot of attention to all the fields.

If the app is approved, please correct the mistake while sending to CHC and if you are caught on wrong side of luck, you will need to resend to CIO.

Hi,

yes, I agree to ankit's opinion too. If it goes well (hope it would be), sumit the correct details to visa processing office. I suggest to let any of your close family member review your completed form in future, to ensure there are not any errors or omissions.
