Please advice - Passport submission Extension

Hey,
I got email from Abu Dhabi Immigration to submit my passport in 30 days. I have sent my passport for renewal and cannot submit within 30 days. Do immigration provide extension time to submit passport? How can i request for passport submission extension?
can they provide extension for 30 days?

I have done that, but i got an auto response that they reply in 28 business days : :    Do they give an extension?
