Hi all,
please I need your advice regarding my IELTS results:

FIRST EXAM:
Listening: 5.5
Reading: 5.0
Writting: 6
Speacking: 6
Overall: 5.5

SECOND EXAM:
Listening: 6.5
Reading: 5
Writting: 6
Speacking: 7
Overall: 6

THIRD EXAM:
Listening: 7
Reading: 5
Writting: 5.5
Speacking: 7
overall: 6

Do you think it will be OK to submit the above results? I can's take the exam anymore. I can't pay the test fees again and again : @

Can I attach with my application form a justification letter mentioning that I have a B.A degree in English and Translation and my full studies were in English ...etc?

On the other hand, I don't have much time since I need to submit the full documents by the end of Jan 2011

I really need you comments and advice, please!

Thanks a lot in advance,

You can't submit all 3 IELTS results, must submit only 1.
Submit the 2nd one, if it is still valid

thanks but I dont know how can i get a job offer from there :(
Getting a job offer is not a easy task.....
You proficiency of english is in Moderate level as per CIC instruction guide.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG72.asp
If it was in Basic level then there was a chance of getting refused; so don't worry.

Dear Sir/Madam

Subject: IELTS Results and French Language course /

I am writing to inform you of my IELTS Inquiry result, unfortunately, the result did not improve from the old one as mentioned in my letter dated 15 October 2010. However, this does not preclude me from pursuing my goal to improve my language skills, particularly English.
I was expecting a bit high band in my results but it didn't happen. You can see I have moderate level in writing and speaking. I have basic level in listening and Reading part but I am only just a half band short of moderate level.
I am sure if somebody starts learning any new language he will be able to communicate within one to two months but if you compare it with me English is not new language for me. I have enough knowledge and just need some focus and training to reach good level and I am very much sure that if I get a chance to study I will make a very good progress and take not more than two to three months to gain the required level. I am ready to take English courses at International Language School of Canada, located in Vancouver and I have calculated fees for 20 weeks course it's about 6,375 Canadian dollars and I am ready to pay this fee before landing please find attached details.
I will send all receipts and acceptance letter to visa office but I would like to know the expected month for the grant of visa because this course needs to be booked in advance of two to three months before arrival.
I am very enthusiastic and have the passion to improve more my English skills Moreover, while I am still waiting for my immigration papers to progress
I enrolled and currently taking up basic French class at Center Franco – Saoudien (see proof of registration attached). I am really enjoying the class and learning well.

It offers Studying at any age and at any time which opens many doors for successes. I believe honesty and hard work are the keys to success.

With my humble request to consider my application for skilled immigration, I highly appreciate your cooperation. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

drooza,

your eng seems flawless to me, your score in ielts does not reflect of that ability i mean you are fluent but u should take care of your spelling mistakes that can really lower your band. Keep your basics correct, dear. You can def score better next time if you follow proper examination tips.

Did u ever take practice tests or get used to test format before taking real test?

Appear again for ielts but with more preparation and dedication.

Thanks a lot in advance,
it is writing and speaking, and take a look at your spellings. There is nothing wrong with your level of English where you guys are lacking is doing your basics correct. Your will get low band if you dont spell words correctly. Im sure that that's why u guys are getting low bands in your writing.

Thanks God. Your are not taking TOEFL IBT, thats more tougher than IELTS.
if u do your basics right and keep practicsing and immersing yourself in the language u will score well.

i think it is wise to take IELTS again otherwise VO might refuse you. Moderate level in all 4 sections is required.
