Planning to do master degree can my spouse get dependent visa

i am planning to do master degree in canada can my wife join me as dependent. i can support her with finance that i have from my saving in bank. i have finished my studies from australia and she is with me as dependent.

any suggestion guys where to apply, which university?

main focus is dependent i want her to come with me.
