1. wp expired - june 2012
2. trv also expired - feb 2012
3. did not apply to renew trv for a status
4. only new wp and restoration applied and filed within canada - aug 2012
5. processing date on new work permit by paper within canada is july 2012 as of october 2012
as per advised 73 days of waiting from the date filed - most likely november 2012 is the estimate verdict of new wp and restoration to be released make or break
question...
1. if filed ang processed in canada and deciced to wait for work visa at home country P.I. is it possible?
2. is there any complications or problem will arise if instead of wp it's the working visa being waited at P.I.?
3. is there an additional requirement in the philippine side before can go off to canada?
