I don't think this occupation would qualify for CEC. However, here is the information you need.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

Determine your eligibility-Canadian Experience Class
You need to meet these requirements to apply under the Canadian Experience Class. You must:

plan to live outside the province of Quebec
have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply,
have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization
meet the required language levels needed for your job for each language ability (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
Skilled work experience

According to the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), skilled work experience means:

Managerial jobs (NOC skill type 0)
Professional jobs (NOC skill type A)
Technical jobs and skilled trades (NOC skill type B)
You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week.

To find out which group your job falls under, see the list of jobs and their NOC groups. Follow the steps to find the NOC group that matches your job.

If the details and list of main duties for a job under NOC skill types 0, A or B match what you did while you worked in Canada, your job is likely in that group. If it does not, look at the list to see if another job matches your experience.

check you LMO it mention the NOC code. normally cook put in under B. so I think you can apply. but you have to complete you full year with valid work permit (min30 hours, 52 weeks). they don't count the dates when you work just with your LMO. you have to complete a year with valid work permit.

I am currently a journeyman cook in Edmonton ,I think I have the same sautiaion with you. And I am going to apply soon.... Let's help each other..
For your case,I think you better get the paper work ready, like reference letter,IELTS,etc... And then apply under NOC type B. good luck!

Yes My frd .. Pizza Cook, short order cook and line cook .. all comes under 6322- cook( NOC B).
Even I am going to apply under cook. I am working in Popeyes - as Short order cook and have already hired a one of the best lawyer and he said that you are eligiable to apply under this category.
So i belive you are good to go If you fullfill all other requirments.
Also it does'nt matter that under how many employer you have work and what job you did (It should be in NOC A, B or O) only thing matter that your total experience should be 1 year with total around 1550 hr but you require a refrence letter from all of your employers with ur duties and responsibilities.
