single mom not married? if married but separated, you need custody letter from the father. you also have to prove that you and the father are separated. then email me...

kung ang father e d nakalagay sa birth certificate mas maganda. pero kung nakalagay ang father at me sign kelangan mo pa rin ng full custody letter ng father at gumawa ka na lang ng letter something na parang history ng relationship nyo kung pano nag end at kelan mga ganun tas pa notarize mo na lang, or makakatulong rin ang mga letters from friends or relatives or family mo na nagpapatunay na naghiwalay na kayo since ganitong date panotarize mo rin. kung nandito ka sa canada tanong mo sa mga attorney jan kung magkano, kc dito sa St. Paul, AB free lang yung sa kin nun e. tas ready mo na rin ang passport ng kid mo. birth certificate.

Opo wla pong pangalan ung father nya sa birth certificate...ask ko lng din po kung kelngn ko parin po bng kumuha ng nbi poloce clearance sa pinas? Maraming salamat po na marami
