Wow its getting shorter dyan sa Canada, pero no comment ako sa Manila. ;D ;D ;D Yes effective October 25, 2012 new rule will be implemented.

Still waiting pa rin. In 10 days malalaman ko na kung ano na ang nangyari sa application namin.
Eto sis I just copied and paste lang yung asa website ng cic about their new rule sa Family class sponsorship.

Effective October 25, 2012, sponsored spouses or partners must now live together in a legitimate relationship with their sponsor for two years from the day they receive permanent residence status in Canada.

If you are a spouse or partner being sponsored to come to Canada, this applies to you if:

You are being sponsored by a permanent resident or Canadian citizen
You have been in a relationship for two years or less with your sponsor
You have no children in common
Your application was received on or after October 25, 2012

Hehe october applicant po ako pero i started reading this forum already since august yata.haha may nreceived kasi akong email ang it includes uci and application no. 1st response n ntanggap nmin un sknila since ntanggap ung papers nmin nung oct3 hehe aay thank you po. Curious xe ako kung ano un. Haha cnsb dun n ntanggap n nla application nmin ganun

check your e-cas maybe u can find the status of your application or baka na sa manila narin yung application mo

Mine shows like :
Sponsorship
"We received your application to sponsor ---------- on August 7, 2012.

We sent you a letter on September 5, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

But actually I havent receive any mail from them even email. buti na lng tumawag ako sa CIC last friday and they said I was approved to sponsor my hubby and they already forwarded to local office (Manila).

According sa husband ko sa AOR its just an acknowledgment of when they received our application. Sa approval letter something like he is qualified to be a sponsor and that our file was transfer already to Manila Visa office. I think what u got is an AOR. Congrats in a few days or within 2 weeks u'll get the most awaited letter na ur approved as a sponsor based sa experienced namin. Congrats!

I'm totally clueless on what happened on our application. Can't even checked my E-CAS. In a few days my husband whose the sponsor will get in touch with CIC kung asan ang application namin. Well I'm hoping that like most of the people na walang na received na AOR or sponsorship approval letter ours was transferred sa Manila.

for sure my result na kasi sa processing time yung application na ni rereview nila ngayon sa CPC-M is application on September na. I thinks its a good idea na tumawag sya sa CIC.

Wonder why its taking so long for them? Sis if u don't mind may dependent ka ba? Have u stayed in another country for more than 6 months?
Seems like randomly lang talaga ang pagbibigay ng visa. Meron kse akong kakilala after one month ng PPR nya DM na.

Hi tanong ko lang sana bakit kpag ngstay ba out of country matagal ang processing? Dito kasi sa canada ung husband ko as contract worker then umuwe n sya pinas ngayon while were processing his papers.. We have a 10 month old baby aswell.. Need b nya kumuha ng police clearance dito sa canada aswell?? Thanks

same with us sis.. Wala din kaming nreceived na AOR, approval agad.. Maybe did na sila nag email ng mga AOR kaya mabilis processing nila.
