Piloting an intiative.... what exactly mean that

Hi Forum,

thanks for looking my post here. i have planning to submit my ful application to visa office. i lived in Uk for 4 years. today i have search website and get some info.

Please guys will you share with me that below lines mean that these mentioned countries have some kind of pilot and they sahere with each other so it mean i dont need to submit my police chracter certificate or what?

The ACPO Criminal Records Office is piloting an initiative to provide Police Certificates for Visa purposes. The four countries involved in the pilot are Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States of America.

No, you still the ACPO certificate, it is just the new Police Certificate for the UK.
