Picking the right NOC - 2174 vs 2173

Here's my profile and all are full time jobs only with 40hrs/week.

Job A: May 5th 2016 - Dec 31 2016 - Software Developer - NOC 2174 duties
Job B: Jan 1st 2017 - Dec 31 2017 - Software Developer - NOC 2174 duties
Job C: Jan 2018 (one month only) - Software Engineer - NOC 2174 duties
Job D: March 2018 - May 2018 - Software Engineer - NOC 2174 duties
Job E: June 1st 2018 - Oct 15th 2018 - Software Systems Developer - NOC 2173 duties
Job F: Nov 2018 - now - Software Developer - NOC 2174 duties

My question is:

1) Am I eligible to apply for express entry under NOC-2174 ? As most of my experience is under 2174 but i have one job (Job E) for 5 months which is under 2173.

2) For Job C and Job D, My Title says "Software Engineer" but my job duties comes under 2174 category, so is it ok to state those employments details under NOC 2174 (even though title (software engineer) is coming under NOC 2173) ?

1. Yes. You need one year of continuous skilled experience in a single NOC to be eligible. You have that.
2. Yes. The duties matter, not the title.
