Pick up Approved permanent resident card

Hello There,
I received a letter from IRCC to pick up my renewed permanent resident on February 5th, 2020 when I was out of Canada. Since then, due to Covid-19, I haven't received any appointment to pick up my card, after my entry to Canada. I tried communicating with the IRCC via email multiples times to get information about picking up my PR card but I wasn't given a clear timeline . I was wondering if anyone can assist me by providing any details. Thanks

You should ask whether it would be possible to have your card mailed due to covid. Just like everything when you will be able to pick up your card depends on covid and when offices will open.
