Physical Presence Requirement under the BC PNP if employer have residential address non profit

My employer has a virtual office in British Columbia and is registered as a non-profit organization. How does this affect the Physical Presence Requirement under the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), especially if the employer only has a residential address ?
