Physical Presence in Canada for Oath ceremony

Hi Everyone,
Do you need to be physically present in Canada for oath ceremony or interview(no test is required since it is for applicant over age of 54)?

Not necessarily for a specific age group but in general about presence in Canada for the oath.

You need to be in country for the Oath. You would need to cut the PR cards during the Oath ceremony.
For the interview you might be able to do the interview from outside Canada but you will have to let ITCC know as soon as you receive an email about it.
