Physical-Presence Calculation as per New law

Hi Guys

Would please guide me :

1. Which date for counting numbers of days is considered for physical presence? Is it counted from the date of landing or from Jan to Dec each year

Scenario
We landed on 10th June 2013. We may calculate the number of days from 10th June 2013 to 10th June , 2019 or from 1st Jan 2013 to 1st Jan 2019 (in 6 years)?
