Physical Fie under Access to information act

Dear friends,
Three months ago I ordered for PHYSICAL FILE for viewing every activity happened over my immigration file. A week ago, I got that file by email. It contained simply photocopies of my documents and forms, I sent to CIC at the timing of filing my case. There was no single page in report where visa officer made remarks or notes over my file. Perhaps they are concealing information that I need and for which I ordered PHYSICAL FILE instead of CAIPS. Please suggest me as what to do now.

When you request the physical file you are requesting is a copy of the documents and forms you submitted as part of your application. A physical file request does not include any notes on your case the officer may have made.

So you received what you asked for.

As scylla said, you received what you ordered; they are not concealing anything from you. You need to order the electronic file.
