Photographs rejected :( help

My pictures are not clear, so need to submit picture again but i am outside Canada, can i reapply for PR card if i go back after a year or so, or it is compulsory to appear for PR card picture once they sent you a letter.

Secondly in how many days one should appear with pictures is there any time line or limit mentioned in that letter?

To get your first free PR card, you need to do it within 6 months of landing. If you can not do this, you will be able to apply for a PR card once you get back to Canada but you will have to pay $100.
