Photographs for

A relative needs to apply for a TRV (Visitor). She went to get the required photographs to Walgreens and CVS but she was told that they could not take the pictures because they could not meet the photographs requirements. Where can she get the required photographs taken ?

Kinko's (Fed Ex) is usually a good place. Any place that will do the passport photo's will work. Some post offices offer this service as well. I thought CVS and Walgreens offer these as well. What reason did they give for saying they could not meet the requirements?
