Photocopy or original forms to be sent to New Delhi?

Hi

I am in the second phase and have to submit full documents to New Delhi.
I will like to know, do i attach photocopy of the forms sent to NS or should i fill the content again in a separate form and send it to New Delhi.

You need original forms and not photocopies. I am pasting below the text from "Instruction Guide [IMM EG7000]" Pagee 22.


For your personal records, you should retain copies of all forms. Each copy must have an original signature. You will be requested to submit a signed copy of these forms if the application is recommended for further assessment to a Canadian Visa Office. Should there be any changes made to the information on the forms, a letter of explanation should accompany the submission to the Visa Office.

They could be copies but they must bear an original signature!

as already clarified by ankit and wpc71, the forms must bear original signature and photocopies won't do.
