As stated in the guide and checklist
Is PR card OK?

The guide I printed on Wednesday Oct 11 showed:
Photocopies of one of your immigration documents:
Record of landing
Confirmation of PR
PR card
Verification of status document

Now it's not listed anymore!


Second question: question 11.
where were you physically located: is it the work address or home address where I worked?

I included a copy of my PR card, as well as driver's license. Although, PR card alone fits the bill to be a perfect ID - government issued, photo, date of birth, height, etc are all mentioned on it.

The "physically located" question is ambiguous. Some believe it's home address, others believe it's work. I, along with several others, put my work address.

It's definitely work addresses. They already ask for your home addresses in question 10. They want to verify all the places you claimed to work are real.
