photocopies of certified translations?

Hi we have the following documents and wondering if it is acceptable for PR application use..

1. Certified photocopy of Vietnamese birth certificate, however the certification is done in Vietnam so the notary stamp is in Vietnamese.

2. Photocopy (not original) of birth certificate translation done in Vietnam by a licensed translator and notarized.

2. It won't be accepted... the translation has to be original, they need to see the original signature and stamp of translator and notary.
