Photo

I am completing an outland family class spousal sponsorship application and the instruction says that the materials should be mailed by the sponsor. I am the sponsor and currently in Canada. I have a question about the photo.
The checklist says:
The back of one photo must include:

• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

Since I have to mail the photo, can she go to a professional photographer in her country and take the photo and then send me the digital file to print it here in Canada and then submit the photo along with the application? If yes, can I myself write on the back of the photo the information requested above? I would appreciate any advice.
